Casa Maria Catholic worker house

Casa Maria is a Catholic worker house located in South Tucson. It was founded 30 years ago by Father David Innocenti and the Dioces of Tucson, with help from Bishop Francis J. Green and Rodolfo Cruz. Casa Maria feeds around 1,000 people every day from donated leftover food from safeway, and other various grocery stores. Every Monday there is ten O’clock Mass, and every Tuesday and Thursday they provide medical care for the poor. Anyone can receive food and medical care, no questions are asked. If you’re interested in helping, you can go serve or help prep food at any time, no papers necessary for sign-ups.
